Academic Resources for Distance Education
For any questions you have about your online course, contact your instructor. For additional academic assistance, take advantage of our library and learning center resources.
You can use the resources of the library, even if you cannot come to campus. As a Cañada student, you can get a library card, which gives you access to the resources of all of the libraries in the Peninsula Library System. To find out how to get a library card, access ebooks and online articles, contact a librarian, and much more, view the Distance Education Library Guide.
The Learning Center provides tutoring, computer access and other learning resources. Most tutoring is face-to-face on a drop-in basis, but online tutoring options are also available. Contact the Learning Center for more information: (650) 306-3348.
Textbooks and supplies may be purchased online from the Cañada College Bookstore.
To help meet your need for information at any time of the day or evening, Ask Cañada, is an added feature on the Cañada College website that provides answers to questions about the College at any time.
